Use and Delivery Policy
Software as a service (SaaS) is a form of cloud computing in which the service provider offers the use of its application software to a client over the Web or through mobile applications. Anonymous Alerts, LLC provides patented SaaS solutions to its clients and has no physical hardware products supplied to its clients. There are no applicable delivery policies for physical products. Upon signing a contract, a Client is granted access to utilize our software services as a base account is created the same day of purchase. To access and use the Anonymous Alerts software as a service (SaaS), the Client must obtain and maintain, at its sole expense, equipment and appropriate telephone service and/or broadband coverage, including telecommunication software, firewall hardware, and its security software and any other software or hardware necessary to operate and maintain a connection with the server to access and use our Products and Services.
Refund Policy
Anonymous Alerts, LLC provides software as a service (SaaS) to its clients on an annual basis. A client may receive a full or partial refund of the purchase cost for Cause. Cause shall mean a breach by the Service Provider of any material provision of our Client Agreements, provided that written notice of the breach has been given to the breaching party, and the breach has not been cured within fifteen (15) business days after delivery of such notice. The amount of the refund may be prorated depending on the time remaining for the service term. The amount of the refund may be partial based on the conditions of the termination.
Return Policy
Please note that Anonymous Alerts, LLC provides software as a service (SaaS) and has no physical hardware products. There are no applicable return policies for physical products. Please refer to your Contract Termination and Cancellation Policy in your client agreement for information regarding the termination of use of our software solutions.
Contract Termination and Cancellation Policy
The client may terminate their Client Agreement with Anonymous Alerts, LLC for Cause. Cause shall mean a breach by the Service Provider of any material provision of the Client’s Agreement, provided that written notice of the breach has been given to the breaching party, and the breach has not been cured within fifteen (15) business days after delivery of such notice.
